At Gully Clinic, we envision a world where quality healthcare is not a luxury but a fundamental right for all. Our vision is to make "Har Gully Healthy," ensuring that no community is left behind in accessing affordable and quality healthcare services.

Our mission is two-fold: to provide accessible healthcare to underserved urban populations and to instigate behavioral changes towards preventive healthcare practices. Through our initiatives, we aim to bring about a positive impact on the health and well-being of communities, one gully at a time.
Gully Clinic began its journey during the challenging times of the1st COVID wave in 2020 under the name “Mumbai Health Project Foundation” with 4 doctors.

If it were upto me, we would live in a world where universal healthcare is a basic right and truth of human life. I have been a part of government healthcare in India since 2008. First as a medical student, clinician and as an administrative officer. However, I struggle to understand how did modern medicine become an inherently unsustainable financial model. Someday, if life permits, I’ll pen my thoughts about it.
Doctors would work closely with policy makers, infrastructure planners and technology experts to form a robust network of proactive + preventive healthcare.
I generally steer clear of “professional tags” because I can’t pin point one exclusive area of work which is of utmost interest. I am on a journey to understand the complex world of healthcare governance and my place in it for serving humanity.
I am currently navigating slums of Mumbai to gain understanding of the plethora of issues which make universal healthcare a challenge for the financial capital of India. I have breathed into the city’s healthcare system since 2008 and take it as my personal responsibility to learn and contribute to its improvement.
Healthcare delivery systems working in silos is the reason for the inefficiency seen in most programs despite country-wide efforts. It’s my dream to work professionally in breaking these silos and create healthcare leaders via Gully Clinic.
